1. About ApeksOps SMS Alerts

ApeksOps offers optional SMS (text message) alerts that notify opted-in users about operational events in their facility, including:

A work center or machine going down (no production activity detected during a scheduled run)
Sensor or monitoring equipment going offline
Other time-sensitive production and equipment alerts

These are operational alerts only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

2. How We Collect Consent

SMS alerts are strictly opt-in. To receive them, you must sign in to your ApeksOps account, enter your mobile phone number in your notification settings, and enable SMS alerts. When you enable SMS alerts, you agree to the following consent statement:

By enabling SMS alerts, I agree to receive automated operational alert messages from ApeksOps at the phone number I provide. Message frequency varies based on operational events. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

Consent to receive SMS alerts is optional and is not required to use ApeksOps or to purchase any of our services. Declining or withdrawing SMS consent does not affect your access to the product.

3. How to Unsubscribe

You can stop receiving SMS alerts at any time by any of the following:

Replying STOP to any SMS alert you receive from us
Disabling SMS alerts in your ApeksOps account notification settings
Emailing us at privacy@apeksops.com

Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

4. Message Frequency, Rates & Carriers

Message frequency varies and depends on operational events at your facility.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy

Phone numbers collected for SMS alerts, and your SMS consent status, are used solely to deliver the alerts described above.
